1.1 These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (you), and VirtuTrade, located at Jyväskylä, Finland (we, us), concerning your access to and use of the CS.DEALS (https://cs.deals) website as well as any related applications (the Service, the Site).
1.2 The Service provides an online marketplace for video game licenses (virtual items, skins). You agree that by accessing the Site and/or Services, you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all of these Terms and Conditions.
1.3 If you do not agree with all of these Terms and Conditions, then you are prohibited from using the Site and Services and you must discontinue use immediately.
1.4 We may make changes to these Terms and Conditions at any time. The updated version of these Terms and Conditions will be indicated by an updated “Revised” date and the updated version will be effective as soon as it is accessible. You are responsible for reviewing these Terms and Conditions to stay informed of updates. Your continued use of the Site represents that you have accepted such changes.

You are responsible for all activities that occur on your CS.DEALS account or through the use of your password or Steam account by yourself or by other persons. If you believe that a third party has access your password or Steam account, you must take the necessary measures to make your account available to you only. You are also solely responsible for restricting access to your account. In all circumstances, you agree not to permit any third party to use or access the Service.
3.2 Placing offers on the platform operated by the Service constitutes a legally binding offer for the conclusion of a contract.
3.3 If a buyer confirms the purchase of the selected items, a legally valid contract between seller and buyer is concluded and these transactions are nonreversible and nonrefundable.
3.4 Items made available on the Service are subject to the Steam platform's restrictions, and all users must abide by the restrictions imposed by the Steam platform. The Service is not liable for loss of funds or virtual items resulting from decisions made by third parties that provide services necessary for the operation of CS.DEALS.
3.5 Your payments may be delayed while the Service validates your compliance with this Agreement. You agree not to initiate any claim and dispute procedure with third parties regarding payment and receipt of virtual items, including, but not limited to, a utilized payment processor's "Claims and Dispute" mechanism. The first instance of initiating such a claim and dispute procedure may result in a permanent suspension of your account for use of the Service. Any other instance of initiation of a claim and dispute procedure will result in automatic termination of your account(s). You will exclusively submit any disagreement, dispute, complaint or query by means of the "Contact Us" functionality available at https://cs.deals/contact-us. All other media or sources (including Reddit, email, group pages and the like) do not constitute a valid means to engage with CS.DEALS for support. Any refunds for use of the Service shall be at CS.DEALS's sole and exclusive discretion, and only provided on an exceptional basis.
4.1 The Service may charge all applicable fees on deposits, withdrawals, sales, and/or purchases associated with your CS.DEALS account. You are responsible for providing the Service valid information for making and receiving payments. You may modify this information by making a request via the "Contact Us" functionality available at https://cs.deals/contact-us. You must submit a support ticket/request with your new account information if this information changes.
4.2 The Service accepts no liability to complete any transaction which cannot be cleared by our payment processors, whether because there are no sufficient funds available on your credit card, issues related to identity or localization or otherwise. The Service reserves its right to verify and approve any and all transactions made by you when using the Service. You expressly acknowledge and agree that such verifications may require you to provide the Service with additional personal information in order to verify and confirm your identity and to perform verifications aimed to deter fraud and misuse of the Service. The Service may suspend your account and contact you so you can provide the Service with additional information required to process payments. Such suspension shall not relieve you from your obligation to pay any fees owed to the Service.
4.3 Deposited funds are not considered real money, but for simplicity are shown together with withdrawable funds. Only funds earned from item sales on the real money marketplace are withdrawable. Both unwithdrawable and withdrawable money will be spent on real money purchases in the respective order.
5.1 You represent and warrant that: (a) all personal and account information you submit will be true, accurate, current, and complete and relate to you and not a third party; (b) you will maintain the accuracy of such information and promptly update such information as necessary; (c) you have the legal capacity and you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions; and (d) you are not a minor in the jurisdiction in which you reside, or if a minor, you have received parental permission to use the Service.
5.2 If you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, we may suspend or terminate your account.
6.1 Unless otherwise indicated, the Site and Services including source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics on the Site (Our Content) - excluding any content directly related to the Steam virtual items - are owned or licensed to us, and are protected by copyright and trade mark laws.
6.2 Except as expressly provided in these Terms and Conditions, no part of the Site, Services or Our Content may be copied, reproduced, aggregated, republished, uploaded, posted, publicly displayed, encoded, translated, transmitted, distributed, sold, licensed, or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose whatsoever, without our express prior written permission.
6.3 Provided that you are eligible to use the Site, you are granted a limited licence to access and use the Site and Our Content and to download or print a copy of any portion of the Content to which you have properly gained access solely for your personal, non-commercial use.
6.4 You shall not (a) try to gain unauthorised access to the Site or any networks, servers or computer systems connected to the Site; and/or (b) make for any purpose including error correction, any modifications, adaptions, additions or enhancements to the Site or Our Content, including the modification of the paper or digital copies you may have downloaded.
6.5 The content on the Site is provided for general information only. It is not intended to amount to advice on which you should rely. You must obtain professional or specialist advice before taking, or refraining from taking, any action on the basis of the content on the Site.
6.6 Although we make reasonable efforts to update the information on our site, we make no representations, warranties or guarantees, whether express or implied, that Our Content on the Site is accurate, complete or up to date.
7.1 If users violate legal regulations, third-party rights or our terms and conditions, we reserve the right to issue warnings to users and to suspend them temporarily or permanently, taking into account the legitimate interests of the user when selecting the relevant measures.

You agree that your use of the Site and/or Services will be at your sole risk except as expressly set out in these Terms and Conditions. We will not be responsible for any delay or failure to comply with our obligations under these Terms and Conditions if such delay or failure is caused by an event beyond our reasonable control.
8.3 We are not liable for any losses or damages suffered by you caused by the termination of your account.

9.2 For customer service inquiries or disputes, You may contact us by email at support@cs.deals. Where possible, we will work with you and/or any user selling on our website, to resolve any disputes arising from your purchase.
9.3 In order to proceed the payment transaction, the Seller transfers to the Marketplace the title for the ordered product and the Marketplace acts as the merchant of record for the Buyer in respect of the transaction process. In order to proceed the transaction, the Marketplace takes responsibility for the ordered product and for the transaction processing. The Marketplace contacts the Buyer in respect of the transaction process, fulfils the ordered product and handles eventual disputes regarding the ordered product. The Marketplace deposits the transaction, receives the settlement from the payment institution and contacts the payment institution on behalf of the Seller. After the payment is processed successfully, the ordered product is provided to the Buyer through the Marketplace. The Buyer’s bank account will be charged with the reference to the Seller and the Marketplace.
